Terry, was born and raised in Stephenville Crossing, Newfoundland where he presently resides. He has moved home to Newfoundland after spending more than 30 years in the Canadian Armed Forces, living most of his military career in places like Germany, Egypt, Malaysia and Coast to Coast in Canada.

After leaving the Forces, Terry studied Real Estate at the University of British Columbia and the National Real Estate Academy in Vancouver. Terry's Real Estate Training and experience is very diverse, dealing in Residential, Commercial and Investment Properties. He also specializes in Project Marketing such as Condominium and Land Development. Terry has been associated with companies like National Real Estate Service, Re/Max, Windermeer and now Century 21. Terry, also was a Co-owner of Fernie Real Estate Co, Fernie, and an active realtor in Whistler, Squamish and Chilliwack, B.C.

Terry believes in Healthy Competition in a friendly environment and will cooperate with all other Real Estate Companies in the Bay St. George area. His goal is to get the JOB DONE!

Terry has a great sense of humor. He is also an active Member of the Bay St George Chamber of Commerce and associated with Crime Stoppers of Newfoundland and Labrador.
